The closest beaches to the house are those of Las Deveses, which are 11 km away. They are quiet beaches, without crowds and with fine, soft sand. There are 13 km of continuous beach with a road (les marines) parallel to the water line.
If you prefer rocky coasts, coves and cliffs you can enjoy from Las Rotas to the same beaches of Xabia.
The town has a municipal swimming pool available to the public that is 200m from the house.
